Pricing Policy: The charge and payment of accomodation & services are in Euro

Normal Rate: For bookings up to 4 nights stay, the first night must be prepaid. For longer stay, 25% of the total cost must be prepaid.

Non Refundable Rate: The total amount will be charged at the booking date and it is not refudnable. Deposit can be paid in our bank account or using our electronic payment procedure.

Cancelation Policy: Cancellations taking place at least 21 days before the arrival are free of charge, and the deposit must be returned, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited. For cancelations taking place 20 days or less before the arrival, or if the customer will not come, the deposit is forfeited, and the customer must pay 50% of the total amount of the reservation. In the case of departure prior to the sceduled date, the customer must pay 50% of the remaining stay.

Arrival / Departure: Arrival at 15:00, Depature at 12:00, If the departure will be up to 18:00, the charge is 50% of the date rate, and departure longer than 18:00 the charge is 100% of the date rate.
